What is an ADU?
Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) are a secondary dwelling unit with complete independent living facilities for one or more persons. Up to 1200 Sq.ft of additional space can be added to your home with an ADU. They are an innovative, affordable, effective option to increase the value and space of your home.
